Q: Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

A: Yes. If you don’t get, then you can request for return or replacement.

Q: Where can I view my sales receipt?

A: You will find it in your account. Moreover, we also send order details in email when you place an order.

Q: How can I return an item?

A: You can return an item by calling your customer care. We will guide you through the process.

Q: Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

A: Generally, we do but sometimes its not possible if the manufacturer stop producing these items.

Q: Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

A: We only charge a small amount of money to deliver your order products. It actually varies on item weight and distance. When you pay for an item it’s included in your total charge.

Q: How long will delivery take?
  • Inside Dhaka, approximately 24-72 hours (Delivery Time).
  • Outside Dhaka, approximately 1-4 days (Delivery Time).

It takes a maximum of 7-15 days. Sometimes you will get very fast because of traffic or lack of delivery problems.

Q: What exactly happens after ordering?

A: After your order, we call or message you to confirm. We carefully check, pack, and send the products to your address.
